A woman meets another woman carrying a child over her shoulder. The woman asks tells her she has come from the doctor and asks her to help her carry her child as she is tired. The woman obliges and puts the baby on her own shoulder. The baby gets heavier and heavier, and after a while, she finds that she cannot put the child down. Eventually, she realises that the child has become a little pig, and she falls in a dead faint. Her relatives come to her rescue and begin seeking help to rid her of the bad effects of this experience.

A woman owes money to a sorcerer called Kazimir. She has to give her daughter to the sorcerer, who turns her into a zombie. The woman still owes him, and he threatens to take her husband. One morning, when the woman is working on the plantation, her peers are frighened by the sight of her husband sitting naked on her back. Her employer solves the problem by lending her the money to pay Kazimir, but the daughter is never returned.

There are two sisters living close to each other. The daughter of one sister gets an offer of marriage, and this engenders a great jealousy in the other sister whose daughter was left pregnant by her suitor. The jealous sister goes to a famous sorcerer who casts a spell on the mother of the bride. The birde’s inlaws help the family to recruit two practitioners of the occult to counter the spell. A harrowing journey is made to the cemetry to raise the dead, for the medicine that will bring the victim back to health. After the evil sorcerer’s plan is foisted, the sister who had recruited him disappear with her youngest daughter, and they end up as zombies to the sorcerer because his debt was not paid.
