Tizan goes to work for a great magician, whom he eventually surpasses. He returns home but his parents drink all the money he got from the magician, so he sends his mother to sell some horses, cautioning her from selling the bridle, which is himself. The magician gets his mother drunk and buys the bridle. Tizan is aided by the magician’s parrot, then a battle of disguises ensues, which Tizan wins.
